The WTO Intellectual Property Rights (IPRS) states:

It therefore is an infringement on our work should you choose to disregard this International agreement and do otherwise. Should you upload this work without prior written permission, then you are liable for a suit.

Can I copy this DVD?
No you cannot. The work is copyrighted under Jamaican jurisdiction. Party to the Treaty, it will be deemed a felon wherever in the world this act is committed.
